Meristem Studios was created in 1998 by merging DeLise Productions and The Production Company, a subsidiary of The Parent Company.

DeLise Productions had been operating since 1988 providing clients in the San Diego and Orange County areas with complete scripting, directing and producing services. In its ten years of operation DeLise Productions produced a wide variety of award winning audio and video productions for commercial, educational, organizational, and personal clientele.

The Production Company originated in 1985 as a natural outgrowth of several television series and over 200 television programs produced by Dr. Kelly L. Segraves, its CEO. Initially The Production Company served The Parent Company by creating educational and entertaining children’s videos and training programs. In 1990 The Production Company began serving the community as a complete production facility and partnered with clientele in a host of audio and video projects.

The merger created a blend of personnel who combine dedication with conceptual and technical mastery.
